One more thing, I kinda feel weirdly lost every single morning I come back to the office, my experience tells me that I can do much better and have at least more responsibilities, but the fact is I don’t even have the chance to talk to my diret boss ever since I work here, I mean a real discussion with interaction of two human being.
I’m once told that I only have to do what EXACTLY written in the emails, follow the steps and keys.
Why did he hire me? Didn’t my resume scream out loud that I live for creativity? And I’m obviously not a robotic type of employee.
