The Making of the Little Mermaid costumes - Part 2

So last night was the night that we had finally use the costumes and props!  As you see we have made it to the top ten of the best dressed competition ;) hehehe

We didn't win since we focused too much on the costumes and the other teams focused more on the dancing! But they did really amazing and it was a very entertaining and fun evening!!

So from the last update, only the prawn and shells where being made, here you see the costumes I designed - The Flounder, Mermaid Ariel, Mermaid Tritlon King, the Prawn and the Oyster....

I had load of fun designing them and we had fun making it together as a team!!

Recycling the leftover soap pieces & "Velvetising" the lather :)

My relationship with the Bohemian has came to the point that I just can't continue like this, I have to figure out a way to spend our time together. Although now I have met someone new, I think with all the good time we had, Bohemian deserves a decent goodbye.

Bohemian is the bar of soap that I got from Lush, this is how he looked when we first met. 

So here is what I did

Then turned it around and flip the other side 

Secure the opening with a thread 

VOILA! 

And please say hello to my new love, he's so sweet his name is Honey I Washed the Kids.
