Dear Aria, something about food


Food is like fuel to the cars, fresh good food is essential to all your developments and determine how good you do too.

You probably would have the most balanced meals during your breast-feeding period your whole life, because breast milk is self-formulated to fit all your unique needs as a baby.

The food supplies and farms are owned by businessmen, and they don’t know / care much about the nutrients we need, most of the commercials just advertise the “happy” life styles but they wouldn’t teach you what a balanced diet is like, so this is very important that you would be able to educate yourself first.

All those good looking celebrities in those soft drinks commercials probably don’t drink sugary soft drinks at all in real life, and children have Happy Meals everyday probably are the most frequent visitors to the clinics!

And for the diet pills and drinks, there is only 1 way to burn fat - exercise / staying active.  Eating anything would help you to burn fat (healthily), consider all food contain energy, how does it make sense that consuming food could help you to decrease your stored energy (aka fat)?  If they are not food, then you shouldn't eat it. You should take pills only when you are sick, Aria!

So what do we need? We need a bit of almost everything exists, whether you are an omnivore or a vegetarian.  Not a bit of everything in the Supermarkets, I want you to be adventure and passionate about fresh food in variety.  Because Supermarkets carry things that sell / low cost, in the end of the day, they are just stores and sales is important.  Supermarkets are good for groceries and some fresh food only, you should always go out to look for fresh vegetables, keeping your menu interesting and your life would be much more interesting too.

I want you to read a book or two every year to educate yourself with the latest food researches, learn how to maintain your health.  Healthy people perform better in almost every aspect in life, it’s a fact that you have to acknowledge.

But there are 5 golden rules when comes to food that you should keep in mind always: 
  • For vegetables - Always eat those that grow on the tree / land.

E.g.: Mr. Juice / Fruit flavored popsicles – No;
Grapes / Home made fresh squeezed juice – Yes.


  • For meat - Always buy those that don’t come with an Ingredient sticker.

E.g.: Luncheon meat / meatballs – No (unless they are home made);
Fish / beef – Yes.

  •  Eat seeds (nuts / beans) – Jungle / forest are made of thousands of trees and they are all grown from a little seed. They are one of the best foods that make you beautiful and intelligent! J

  • Eat in moderation – Look at your hand, every meal you have should be able to fit in your hand, you can eat up to 5-6 meals per day but don’t eat too much, too much of a good thing could be bad.  Remember this.

  • Fresh clean warm water – 83% of a human body is blood, and it’s made of the water you drink. Blood keeps your organs alive, help with your whole developments, healings and detoxing.
